The Wag Bend Story
Wag Bend came about by accident. We had always dreamed about working with dogs as a profession, but life always seems to get in the way of our dreams. During the Great Recession, we, like so many others, found ourselves without work. We felt if we were losing it all, we might as well lose it all doing something we loved. With our last bit of savings and some sweet talking a landlord, we opened Wag Bend in April of 2011. Everyone thought we had lost our minds!
Moving forward to today and we have a little bit bigger location with boarding. We are still a smaller operation, and to be honest, we believe it allows us to take better care of what we love, the dogs.
We are opening WB Ranch, a membership club situated on two acres. Imagine a place where you and your dog can work and learn together, in a safe and stress-free environment.
We hope we can be a part of your dogs future.
